GameSet HK (the “Service”) is an independent, non-commercial, fan-made software tool for organising Swiss-system trading-card-game tournaments. The Service is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, sponsored by, licensed by, or affiliated with Nintendo Co., Ltd., The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Game Freak Inc., Creatures Inc., or any other game publisher.
Trademarks & copyright
“Pokémon”, “Pokémon Trading Card Game”, “Pokémon TCG”, the Poké Ball logo, all Pokémon and character names, set names, move names, and any related names, characters, images, logos, and distinctive likenesses are trademarks and/or copyrights of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak and/or Creatures Inc. All other trade names, trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners.
Where any such name appears within the Service — for example as a player’s entered nickname, a deck label, or text within user-generated tournament data — the reference is nominative only, made by the user for the purpose of identifying their game or event, and conveys no claim of ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
No card images or official assets
The Service does not host, distribute, or reproduce any official card images, official artwork, copyrighted text from official products, or any other proprietary asset of the rights holders listed above. The Service stores only the data its users enter (player names, results, pairings, standings).
