- What you were trying to do.
- What happened versus what you expected.
- The browser and device you were using (e.g. “Safari on iPhone 15”).
- If applicable, the tournament ID (the 6-character code shown when you publish).
Privacy requests
To exercise data-protection rights described in our Privacy Policy — including access, deletion, opt-out, or a complaint — please message @develop_sup on Telegram with the prefix “Privacy request:” in your first message. We will acknowledge within 30 days.
Feature requests
We’re actively building this tool for the TCG community. If there’s a feature that would make your event run smoother (formats we don’t yet support, exports you wish existed, integrations you’d like), tell us. We read every message.
For shop owners and judges
If you run regular events at a card shop or as a community judge and would like priority support, advance access to new features, or help setting up Cloud Publish for your venue, mention your shop / community when you message us.
